Yes – paid shuttle buses from Berlin and Frankfurt (Oder) to the festival.

Pick-up/drop-off in Berlin: Ostbahnhof.

Shuttles run regularly Thu–Sun in both directions.

Shuttle tickets can be booked online at the beginning of July.

By train: Berlin → Frankfurt (Oder) in ~1 hour, then local train or shuttle bus to Helenesee (~20 mins).

Bus tickets from Berlin to evolve Festival can be purchased via Bassilner in advance.

By car: 1.5 hours from Berlin.

Yes – but only in designated areas with a caravan pass.

No camping allowed in the parking lot.

Yes – camper spots are limited and require a special caravan ticket.

No power hook-ups provided; please be self-sufficient.

Yes – car parking is ~150 m from the camping area.

You’ll need to purchase a car pass on the spot. Cash only!

You can bring a reusable bowl, cup, and cutlery.

You can also rent a set on-site for 9€ (clean and return system).

Yes – evolve is a sober, substance-free space.

Alcohol, drugs, and plant medicine are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed at the stages.

Since the camping grounds are in the middle of the forest, camping stoves are not permitted due to altered fire risk.

Open fires and charcoal grills are strongly prohibited.

Yes – a variety of food trucks with vegan, gluten-free & world cuisine.

Conscious, nourishing meals available all day.

We have a red tent - a quiet space for rest and self-care, where you can also find free menstrual products.

You’ll receive a trash bag + token at check-in (5€ deposit).

Return both upon departure to get your deposit back. The deposit will be transfered on your cashless weeze account and not paid cash at the exit point. The whole amount left on your weeze account will be transfered automatically 14 days after the festival to you private account in case you connected it with you weeze profil.

Yes – free water refill stations throughout the festival site.

Bring your own bottle!

Yes – we have indoor showers and toilets on site.

Please bring biodegradable soap and towels.

You need a towel to use the sauna.

Yes – your personal data is only stored as long as necessary (e.g. for refunds).

We use strong technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft, or unauthorized access.

If you create a personal account, we collect:

Your name, email, ticket barcode, credit balance, and payment details

During the festival, only anonymous transaction data is stored – and it is deleted afterwards.

Lost or damaged wristbands can be replaced at the info point.

If you registered your chip online, your credit will be transferred to the new one.

If unregistered, remaining balance cannot be recovered.

Yes – refunds for unused credit will be automatically paid 14 days after the festival.

A small processing fee may apply.

The refund can only be transfered automatically when you connected your bank account to your weeze account. This could be done any time.

Yes – the maximum balance per chip is 300€.

You can top up in smaller amounts as often as you like.

Yes – top-up will be available at the info-point during the festival.

Payments for top-up can be made by card or cash.

Yes – from the 15th of August you can create an online account and pre-top-up your chip.

This helps avoid queues.

At check-in, you’ll receive your wristband with an embedded chip.

You load money onto the chip, and tap to pay at all stands.

No need to carry cash, cards, or valuables around the site.

Yes – evolve is a 100% cashless festival.

All purchases (food, drinks, healing sessions) are made with the chip in your wristband.

The only place where payments are handled via cash / card is the market place and at the entrance for parking tickets and trash deposit

Yes – in exchange for your help (3x5 hours), you’ll receive a full festival pass.

A deposit is required and refunded after successful participation after the festival.

Build up, take down, welcome desk & check-in, awareness team, stage support, deco, kitchen help, driver etc.

Despite it usually being warm late August, the temperature drops at night due to the proximity to the lake. Make sure to bring warm clothes.

Swimming on the festival grounds is currently not allowed due to a beach closure after a landslide.

A public swimming area is just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.

To capture and share the magic of evolve, our photo & video team (wearing badges) will be documenting the festival.

Photos will be shared publicly after the festival — so there’s no need to capture everything yourself. Take this chance to be fully present and enjoy evolve as a digital detox.

Out of respect for each other, please don’t take photos or videos of others without their clear consent. Let’s co-create a space where everyone feels safe and seen.
